We don't like to brag on ourselves, but our drivers do.
“Within my first few months of working, I quickly realized everything I had been told was true and that this company really does treat you like family and not just a number or a truck. For me, F&S has really been more of a family experience. I am happier here with personal interactions and my income than I have ever been at any job anywhere.”

“In my 7 years working for Fraley and Schilling I've enjoyed my time with them. I plan on retiring with them, it's been a great company to work for. They treat you like family, and not just a truck number. Fraley and Schilling are making the changes to make it a better place for everyone.”
Tiki H.Professional Driver
“20 years of trucking and after working here, I really feel more like a family member than I do a truck driver or just a number. Everybody you talk to treats you like a family member and they give you all the tools you need to be the pilot of your own destiny. I’ve been here 5 years going on 6 and I couldn’t be happier!”
