Welcome to the family!

On behalf of us at Fraley and Schilling, we are pleased to welcome you to our family. You have been selected to join our New Hire Orientation. During this process, you will be evaluated on different metrics to ensure you are qualified and prepared to be a successful driver. A Look Inside

Here is a look inside some of our trucks so you know what you’re getting into!

What Our People Say

“I have worked here for 7 years now! I like working here, everyone is nice and very helpful! I will keep trucking here ’til I can’t truck anymore.”

Larry Wolferst, Driver

“Fraley and Schilling is, hands down, the best job I’ve ever had! This company is very professional, courteous, and family-oriented. I am home every weekend and it’s a full weekend! By the time orientation was over, they knew me by name. My dispatch manager is a really cool guy, and he gets the job done without any hassle! Money is great, so keep that left door closed and you will do great here. I highly recommend driving for Fraley & Schilling!”

Brandon Wallen, Driver

“My time at F&S has been great! It’s great that they call us by name, not truck number. There is nothing like going in the terminals in Knoxville or Alcoa and everyone knowing who you are. They are amazing and make you feel important as a driver. Talking to upper management isn’t too hard either, and the money is good when running hard. When you factor everything into it, it’s hard to find a better company than Fraley & Schilling.”

Dominque King, Driver

“I’ve been working for Fraley & Schilling for a month now. Everyone I come in contact with is very professional and courteous. It is great to work with people who do what is promised. I really look forward to growing with Fraley and Schilling. Thanks everyone!”

Steve Mathewson, Driver

“The best choice I have ever made!!! They treat me like family, and give me a lot of miles in my new truck.”

Rob Hiers, Driver

“My family has been blessed by F&S. I love the brand new Freightliner Day Cab! For all those drivers out there looking for a job, this is a cool place to work!”

Brian E Frazer, Driver

At F&S I’m a person, not a truck number, and I have a great driver manager. Everyone (drivers, managers, administration, etc.) treat you with respect. All I can say is it’s a great company and if you can’t make it here – you can’t make it anywhere.
